RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted for the exact item, subject to availability.
- If the desired item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.
- Exchanges must meet all eligibility requirements listed above.
Returns for Store Credit or Refunds
- Eligible returns will receive either a refund to the original form of payment or store credit, based on the item and circumstances.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photos of the item(s) and the packaging in which they came, with your message.
- We will resolve the issue promptly, including replacement or refund at no additional cost.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Processing Time
